This website and all of my other websites will be shut down on Monday, November 17, 2008 to allow for changes to the hardware used to access the Internet. I anticipate an outage of less than a day but it could very well exceed that.
The website may be up for short periods of time in order to test the new hardware and configurations. If you access the website during these test periods your session may be terminated without notice.
When the website is back up I will post another message to let you know.
This outage was caused by changes in hardware at the vendor with whom I have access to the Internet. They are changing their equipment and will no longer support the equipment that I use. I was notified yesterday (Wednesday, November 12, 2008) that my service would be terminated if I do not make the equipment change by Tuesday.
I have ordered the hardware and it should by here by Monday morning but I will have to configure and install that hardware.
I am sorry for any inconvenience this will cause but I expect the service will improve after all bugs are ironed out.
